Aah crap this is the THIRD time I’ve typed this! To summarise, pub crawl around Hampstead Heath,quick trip for the weekend to Amsterdam and a camping weekend in Dorset. Look in the Gallery for pictures. Grrrr.

Well, they lost my site due to “routine hardware maintenance”. But it looks as though they lost all of their customer’s cgi and frontpage sites so I guess at least they aren’t doing it just to annoy me. So here is an older looking version from the last backup. Gallery has pictures missing but otherwise the content is still here cos that was in the database and they managed not to lose that :-/

Well it’s 5.30 AM and I have a new tune. Still needs work but the structure is there. One of those ones for about 3.30AM I reckon!

Last night we went to the Whirl-y-Gig in Hackney Road. Simon, Britta and I met Britta’s Friends Becky and Lynne at the Foundry on Old Street and then headed down. There are some photos in the Gallery to have a look at but some of the best things to see I wasn’t able to take a photo of unfortunately 🙂 Apologies to Jon’s flatmates in NZ who probably got a completely incomprehensible phone call from the middle of the dancefloor at about 1AM UK time! I reckon there was something a bit strange about those mushrooms I ate so I shant be doing that again in a hurry 🙂

Caught up with Joe and Joe around at Joe’s place to listen to mixes of the UNIT 7 album that we recorded at the beginning of last year.
After watching Doctor Who, went to a party with Britta at her friend Jennifer’s place in St John’s Wood. Took a few photos in the gallery.
Then today, went for a nice long walk in the sun up to Queens Park, Paddington Old Cemetry and then down by the canals for a bit and took some more photos.

On Friday night, met up with Britta and we went to see Baaba Maal in concert at the RFH with Claire, George and Jackie. It was amazing! So many amazing drummers and dancers!

Yes I know! Thats what I thought. But they are actually pretty cool. I heard them on Radio 3 when driving somewhere. Check them out. Especially this short sample. Cool!

Well, I must have uploaded too many songs to my batterie.co.uk site because Plus Net decided to auto archive it. But they didn’t warn me and give me a chance to fix it. Oh no… They just removed it and then sent me an email. For Gods sake! But in doing so, they also took out the redirect to this site that I was using until www.pauken.co.uk REALLY pointed here. Gits. 😐
